SHIPPING POLICY
We are happy to send your order within the United States, APO/FPO, and to Canada addresses. Please note that we do not ship internationally (except Canada) or to U.S. territories and P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Timeline
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, however sometimes longer due to production delays. Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be delivered to you via email. Standard U.S. postal shipments usually arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time and without notice. Check your tracking number included in the supplied email for package tracking information.
It’s fairly common for a package delivered by some carriers to be marked delivered 1-2 business days before it actually arrives. Remember to check with family members, neighbors, and apartment managers. If you still don’t have your package, you can contact Customer Care, but be advised Neo Blue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once they are confirmed delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please review the details below before submitting a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

As a small business, we do not use an automated return system.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for any reason.
If we made an error with your order (wrong size, color, or style), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges & Stock Availability
Inventory moves quickly, and some items may sell out after purchase.
If an exchange item is no longer available, we will offer you the option of a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of delivery), your refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
